mom of six, wife, professional snack-fetcher, chaos-navigator, and someone who genuinely loves photographing the beautiful mess of family life.
My husband Corey was actually my first boyfriend when I was 12, and life brought us back together at exactly the right time. He came into my world during one of the hardest seasons of my life, and he’s been my best friend and biggest supporter ever since.
We live here in York PA (and I also serve Lancaster and Harrisburg), where someone is always yelling “MOMMAAAAA,” someone else is asking for a snack, and my sink somehow fills itself. Basically… I get real family life because I’m living it too.

How it works
At the end of the day, my job is simple:
I photograph the little ways your family loves each other.
The snuggles, the giggles, the hand-squeezes, the way your baby melts into your shoulder like you’re their whole world.
All those tiny things you don’t even realize you’ll miss someday.
These photos hold the people I’ve loved and lost — the ones who shaped me,
and the ones I wish I had even more everyday memories with.
They remind me just how quickly time shifts…
and why I believe so deeply in preserving the season you’re in right now.
My favorite people…
A few of my treasures…
If all of this feels right… here’s what happens next.
Now for the soft part of my story — the part that changed how I see families:
By the time I turned 40, I had said goodbye to my father, mother, stepfather, sister, and all of my grandparents. It was like the universe hit fast-forward when I wasn’t ready.
And in all of that loss, I kept wishing I had more tiny moments saved. The everyday stuff. The things that didn’t feel important at the time but now feel priceless.
That experience taught me how precious the “right now” is…
and why you need to be in the photos, not just behind the iPhone.
All of that reshaped not just why I became a photographer, but how I actually photograph.

It also taught me to slow down and pay attention to the tiny things — especially how kids move through a moment.
So yes, your kid will absolutely get shy, wild, silly, clingy, overstimulated, done, or all of the above in three minutes flat…
and it’s completely fine. I promise — I’ve got it.
No apologizing. No stress.
Just let them be who they are.
After almost 20 years of teaching pre-K and raising six kids, I can sense a meltdown brewing before it even shows up. I know when to give space, when to redirect, and when to roll with whatever hilariously real moment is happening.
Most families walk away saying,
“Wait… that was actually so easy.”

These are my people — the ones who made me a mother, stretched my heart in every direction, and taught me just how fast the seasons change.
I’m so grateful to be in the photos with them… and I want the same for you.
And while these are the people I get to love every day… there are others I carry in my heart.
The ones I wish I had more photos of — the ones who taught me why the little moments matter so much.
I show up with patience, gentle humor, and that mom-radar that knows when a kid is two seconds from losing it.
And with 13+ years behind the camera — and over a thousand families photographed — I know how to pull the joy out of even the most chaotic moments.
You just bring the people you love.
I’ll take it from there.
