I don’t know about you, but the SECOND we get a 60 degree day in Pennsylvania… I’m a new person 😂
The windows are open, the kids are running wild outside, and suddenly I’m like…
okay wait… we need updated photos.
Because let’s be honest—winter was long, everyone grew, and your camera roll is probably 90% snacks, screenshots, and blurry chaos 🙃
Spring is that sweet spot where everything just feels easier. The light is softer, the colors are finally back, and your kids actually want to be outside.
And THAT is exactly why spring minis are always some of my favorite sessions of the entire year.

There is just something about spring sessions that feel lighter… easier… happier.
No one is sweating (bless), no one is freezing, and everything has that soft, glowy, fresh look that makes your photos feel like real life—but prettier.
Your kids can run, explore, be a little wild (honestly preferred), and we turn that into the kind of images you’ll actually want to print.
And moms… this is your sign.
You deserve to be IN the photos this year. Not just the one taking them.

Okay but let’s talk about Long’s Park for a second because WOW.
This location in the spring is just 🤌
Open space, gorgeous trees, soft light, and plenty of room for your kids to actually be themselves instead of standing stiff and smiling (we are not doing that here 😅).
It’s one of those spots where:
Basically… it’s the dream.

Okay and if you’re a York girlie… we are NOT leaving you out 😏
Stillmeadow Park in the spring is one of those spots that just feels easy. Soft light, open fields, and that perfect mix of a little wild + a little peaceful.
It’s the kind of location where:
It has that quiet, tucked-away feel that makes your photos look like you stepped into a little storybook moment… but still totally you.

Just so you know… this is not one of those sessions where your kids have to stand still and behave perfectly.
Absolutely not 😂
This is:
And somehow… it all comes together into photos that feel like your real life, just frozen in the best way.
Short, easy, and honestly kind of fun.

Spring minis are short and sweet, which makes them perfect if:
These sessions always go FAST every year… like gone in a blink fast.
If you’ve been thinking about doing photos this year… this is your sign. Truly.
You don’t need everything to be perfect.
You don’t need perfectly behaved kids.
You just need to show up.

Okay but if you’re reading this and thinking…
“Wait… I kind of want MORE than a mini…”
I got you 🤍
Full sessions in the spring are honestly where the magic really happens. We’re not rushing, we’re not watching the clock, and we have the freedom to create something that actually feels like your family.
We can choose a location together (I have so many good ones 😏), plan outfits, talk through the vibe, and really make it feel like you.
Whether you’re dreaming of:
There are seriously endless possibilities.
All you have to do is send me a message to start the planning process 🤍
And honestly… one of my favorite parts?
We can even hop on a quick Zoom call beforehand so we can get to know each other, talk through everything, and make sure you feel totally comfortable going into your session. (I LOVE doing this 🥹)

Spring minis are happening at both Long’s Park in Lancaster (April 12th 5:45-7:15) and Stillmeadow Park in York (April 17th 5:30-7:00), so you can choose the spot that works best for your family 🤍
And if you’re a mama wanting something a little more focused on you and your babies, my Mommy & Me sessions at Greenfield Park in Lancaster PA (May 2nd 6:30-7:30) and Nixon Park in York PA are such a beautiful option too.
